When purchasing EKG machines and cardiopulmonary equipment there are two critical factors that must be considered. First, the company might not include all of the necessary accessories (such as EKG cables, power cords, etc.) in the shipped product. Second, product reliability can sometimes be an issue. Although the products have technically been approved by the FDA, they do not always work efficiently. In addition, technical support can sometimes be an issue because some companies who claim product service don’t receive all of the parts manufactured in China. As a result they do not have proper experience in working with these products.
